On January 29, Zhongchen Light Machinery held a signing ceremony for the 2023 annual performance target responsibility book. Lu Dangjun, the Party Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager of China United Equipment, attended the meeting via video and delivered a speech. Zhongchen Light Machinery's Party Secretary, Chairman, and CEO Zha Zhengwang attended the meeting and delivered a speech, while General Manager He Sheng made work arrangements, and Deputy General Manager Gao Yibin presided over the meeting.


Lu Dangjun gave full recognition to the achievements made by Zhongchen Light Machinery in 2022. The company has a clear corporate positioning of "becoming a globally respected excellent supplier in the food packaging industry" and a corporate goal of "eight good", and it can effectively promote the implementation of its strategies in response to changes in market conditions.
The second is that the business performance has continued to improve. It has maintained a certain growth rate for many years, and has achieved its annual business targets without any need for motivation, setting a high standard and serving as a role model for top students;

Fourth, transformation has been very successful. We have achieved a transition from digitalization to intelligent digitalization, especially with the launch of MES&WMS systems, which have enabled the widespread application of digitalized business models.
Five is that the corporate governance is standardized and effective. The features of mixed ownership enterprises are fully demonstrated, with standardized governance, top-level goals, and exemplary role models.
Six is the vigorous development of Party building. The establishment of the Zhongchen Light Machinery Party Committee has provided effective organizational guarantee for Party building work. It meets the basic requirements of Party building work in central enterprises at present.
The signing of this target responsibility book marks the first time that Zhongchen Light Machinery has officially sounded the call to set out again, strive again, and fight again in 2023.
